Warranty & Return Policy

1  WARRANTY

Warranties and Returns are handled by our trusted third party-vendor. There is a Limited Lifetime Warranty on every product excluding GPS Trackers effective from the date of purchase. GPS Trackers are Warrantied for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Products will be repaired or replaced with an equal or superior item at the discretion of the vendor

1.1  Warranty Exceptions

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. The warranty is voided when damage is caused by:

  • Improper handling
  • Neglect or failure to follow directions
  • Forces beyond our control (e.g. flood, fire)
  • Attempted repair or opening of the product by end-user
  • Battery that is included with the product

Any missing accessories or products must be reported within 48 hours of package delivery. Missing items reported later than 48 hours of original delivery will not be replaced. Holidays will be taken into consideration as deemed necessary

2  RETURNS

Before submitting a product for return, please contact technical support at 770-694-6923 for troubleshooting.

Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, the return may be refused, and a minimum 20% restocking fee charge may apply.

All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

2.1  Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products
  • Single use products
  • Counter-surveillance detectors
  • Software
  • Any item requiring activation

In the event that troubleshooting the product with technical support is not possible, please follow the return procedures outlined below. Please note that in some cases it may be necessary to remote into the your computer to solve an issue. If access is refused and no alternative can be found, then your product may be unable to get support.

All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, in "like new" condition with all components, manuals, and cables included. Products using accessories such as batteries and SD cards must be returned with the factory-sealed accessories. Products that are returned incomplete will be shipped back to you. Merchandise returned with missing items will be rejected. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

2.2  Return Procedure

The first step to returning your product is to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) by emailing support@minigadgets.com

To return a defective product, please follow the steps outlined below.

  1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) by emailing support@minigadgets.com

  2. Please provide the following information when requesting a Return Authorization Number

    • Original order number (located in the confirmation email)
    • name of product being returned
    • reason for return
    • your name
    • daytime telephone number
    • e-mail address

  3. Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging with all components, manuals, cables, and accessories are included.

  4. For your protection, use a "traceable" shipping method such as UPS Ground or USPS Priority. We do not recommend sending a package Express or with any expedited service such as UPS Next Day Air. Returns are processed in the order they are received, and priority cannot be given to expedited packages.

  5. Please address the package to:

  6. Return the merchandise within 15 days of issuance of the RMA#. Print the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package on at least two sides. Packages without a Return Authorization Number WILL BE REFUSED.
  1. Returns will be processed in the order they are received. After receipt of the return, allow up to 10 business days for normal processing time. Holidays will affect the normal processing time so please allow for additional delays in these instances.

  2. Please note, any shipment received without the required documentation will be rejected. In the event we cannot contact you to verify the return, your package will be considered abandoned after a period of (60) days.
