Warranties and Returns are handled by our trusted third party-vendor. There is a Limited Lifetime Warranty on every product excluding GPS Trackers effective from the date of purchase. GPS Trackers are Warrantied for 1 year from the date of purchase.Products will be repaired or replaced with an equal or superior item at the discretion of the vendor

1.1  Warranty Exceptions

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. The warranty is voided when damage is caused by:Improper handlingNeglect or failure to follow directionsForces beyond the control of Minigadgets Inc. (e.g. flood, fire)Attempted repair or opening of the product by end-userBattery that is included with the productAny missing accessories or products must be reported within 48 hours of package delivery. Missing items reported later than 48 hours of original delivery will not be replaced. Holidays will be taken into consideration as deemed necessary

If all conditions are not met, the return may be refused, and a minimum 20% restocking fee charge may apply.All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Please note that in some cases it may be necessary to remote into the your computer to solve an issue. If access is refused and no alternative can be found, then your product may be unable to get support.All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, in "like new" condition with all components, manuals, and cables included. Products using accessories such as batteries and SD cards must be returned with the factory-sealed accessories. Products that are returned incomplete will be shipped back to you. Merchandise returned with missing items will be rejected. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

The first step to returning your product is to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) by emailing support@minigadgets.com

Returns are processed in the order they are received, and priority cannot be given to expedited packages.Please address the package to:Mini Gadgets Inc RETURNSRMA CN######562 Wylie Road, Suite 2Marietta, Georgia 30067Return the merchandise within 15 days of issuance of the RMA#. Print the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package on at least two sides. Packages without a Return Authorization Number WILL BE REFUSED.Returns will be processed in the order they are received. After receipt of the return, allow up to 10 business days for normal processing time. Holidays will affect the normal processing time so please allow for additional delays in these instances.Please note, any shipment received without the required documentation will be rejected. In the event we cannot contact you to verify the return, your package will be considered abandoned after a period of (60) days.

Shipping & Customs Fees for International Customers

When ordering, the recipient agrees to become the importer of record and is obligated to comply with all US and foreign laws and regulations required for the country of import.

All orders shipped internationally can be subject to import taxes, custom duties and fees levied by the destination country. As the importer of any goods, the importer is required to pay any duties, taxes, fees or expenses of the import. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the importer and FlexiSPY is not liable for or assuming any responsibility to these fees. Note these fees may not be included in any final total as these fees are accessed by the third-party and are not known to FlexiSPY.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Note: Some countries require identification or declaration from the importer. The importer is responsible for providing all necessary documentation to the appropriate authorities.

When you place an order you select your preferred shipping method and each method has it's own expected delivery time.

Every order comes with it's own tracking code which you can use to see where your spy gadget is, and when it's expected to arrive. We will also email you automatic shipping updates so you can stay on top of where your gadget is.
